This ticket is for a specific date and time of your choosing; if you miss your allocated time, you will be accommodated on the next available tour.

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your chosen time.

- The experience is fully-guided and takes approximately 50 minutes to complete

- Please ensure to check opening & closing times prior to arrival

There is limited availability for timed tour tickets; if your preferred time or date is not available, we offer unlimited flexible tickets that can be used for any date and time. In addition, tickets can also be purchased from reception upon arrival.
